dr s natarajan is one of the great heroes that i worked with for a brief time. he is mumbai-based and he is a god to aspiring retinal and macular magicians, retinal surgeons' reward of patient prognosis as somewhat lesser than phaco emulsification ( cataract surgery ) and when seen with the intricacy of the procedure and the effort ( multiple sessions and the like ) and the capital-intensive nature of retinal surgery and the prospect of the patients only recovering partial vision it needs clear guys like dr s natarajan to arm twist medical corporations to make their offerings suitable for the indian market and i have seen him in this avatar while checking out new medical technology...and probably without anybody's knowing i also spent some happy moments with dr s natarajan's dad who was a doctor too :) dr s natarajan looks exactly the same for the last 25 years or so, naan avar kooda tamil le pesunen, avanga appa koodayun thaan :)
